Facial Rejuvenation Near You: Non-Surgical Skin Tightening, Juvéderm Options and Local Specials

Facial rejuvenation near you no longer has to mean surgery. Med spas, dermatology practices and cosmetic clinics in your area offer non-surgical skin tightening with devices such as Ultherapy and Thermage, along with Juvéderm and Restylane fillers that restore volume, and many run first-visit specials and treatment packages for new patients.

This guide explains how each treatment works, which areas of the face it suits, what a good special includes, and how to choose a qualified provider for your consultation.

Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation Treatments Clinics Offer

Most providers work with two kinds of treatment. Energy-based skin tightening firms the skin gradually by prompting your body to build new collagen. Injectables restore volume and soften lines right away. Many patients get the most natural-looking result from a plan that uses both, spaced over a few visits.

Skin Tightening Treatments

  • Ultherapy (focused ultrasound). Ultherapy delivers ultrasound energy beneath the surface of the skin to stimulate collagen. It is FDA-cleared to lift the brow and the skin of the neck and under the chin, and to improve lines on the chest. Results build gradually over two to three months.
  • Thermage (radiofrequency). Thermage heats the deeper layers of the skin to tighten existing collagen and encourage new collagen. It is used on the face, around the eyes and along the jawline, often in a single session.
  • Radiofrequency microneedling. Treatments such as Morpheus8 combine radiofrequency energy with fine microneedles to firm the skin and improve texture. Expect a few days of redness afterward.
  • Laser skin rejuvenation. Fractional lasers renew the surface of the skin, improving tone, texture and fine lines. Clinics often pair them with a tightening treatment.

Injectable Treatments

  • Juvéderm. Juvéderm is a family of hyaluronic acid fillers from Allergan Aesthetics. Juvéderm Voluma XC restores volume in the cheeks, and Juvéderm Volux XC defines the jawline; both are FDA-approved for those areas.
  • Restylane. Restylane is Galderma's line of hyaluronic acid fillers. Restylane Lyft is FDA-approved to add volume to the cheeks.
  • Sculptra. Sculptra is a collagen stimulator that helps the skin rebuild its own support over several months, so results appear slowly and look natural.
  • Botox and other wrinkle relaxers. These soften frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet, and are often given in the same visit as fillers.

Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvéderm and Restylane typically last from about six months to two years, depending on the product and the area treated. Because they are hyaluronic acid, a provider can dissolve them if needed, and many first-time patients start with them for that reason.

Matching the Treatment to the Area

A good provider will build a plan around the areas you want to improve rather than a single treatment:

  • Jawline and neck: Ultherapy or Thermage to firm the skin, with Juvéderm Volux to define the jawline.
  • Cheeks and midface: Juvéderm Voluma or Restylane Lyft to restore volume, which also supports the skin around it.
  • Fine lines and texture: laser skin rejuvenation or radiofrequency microneedling.
  • Forehead and around the eyes: Botox for expression lines, and Thermage for thin, crepey eyelid skin.

Facial Rejuvenation Specials and Packages

Many clinics run specials to introduce new patients to their providers. The most common offers include:

  • First-visit specials on a syringe of filler or a single tightening session.
  • Treatment packages that combine skin tightening with Juvéderm or Botox in one plan, or that bundle a series of sessions.
  • Med spa memberships that give members special pricing on treatments throughout the year.
  • Manufacturer rewards. Juvéderm and Botox are part of Allergan Aesthetics' Allē program, and Restylane and Sculptra are part of Galderma's ASPIRE program. Points and offers from these programs can often be used alongside a clinic's own specials.
  • Seasonal events around holidays, often with a limited number of appointments.

When you compare specials, check which product or device is included, the amount of product or number of sessions the offer covers, whether the consultation and a follow-up visit are included, and who will perform the treatment.

How to Choose a Provider Near You

  • Check credentials. Look for a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon, or a nurse injector or physician assistant who works under their supervision.
  • Ask about the device. Ask which device the clinic uses and how many treatments its team has performed with it. Genuine Ultherapy and Thermage treatments use the manufacturer's branded handpieces.
  • See the product. For fillers, a reputable clinic will show you the sealed box with the brand name and lot number before treatment.
  • Read patient reviews. Look for reviews from patients with goals similar to yours, and notice what they say about the consultation and follow-up care.
  • Book a consultation. A good consultation includes an assessment of your skin, a written treatment plan and a clear explanation of what each step includes.

Questions to Ask at Your Consultation

  • Which treatments do you recommend for my goals, and why?
  • How many sessions or syringes am I likely to need?
  • Does your current special apply to my treatment plan, and what does it include?
  • Can I use Allē or ASPIRE rewards with this offer?
  • What should I expect in the days after treatment, and when will I see results?

Mature skin often responds well to a combined plan, so ask whether a package that pairs skin tightening with fillers fits your goals. Most clinics in your area offer a consultation before you commit to any treatment.
